Domestic USA Shipping
NAPS Peptides ships exclusively within the continental United States. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever is fastest to your destination.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
- Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day
- Bulk orders may require 3 to 5 additional business days
Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. West coast destinations arrive within 3 to 5 business days. East coast and midwest within 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Cost
- Standard: $12 flat rate
- Priority (1-2 business days): $18 flat rate
- Cold-Chain (temperature-controlled): $28 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $200 via Standard
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number emailed to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched. You can also track from your account dashboard.
Packaging
Plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings indicating the contents. Return address is generic. This applies to every order regardless of size.
International Shipping
NAPS Peptides does not currently ship internationally. Orders are only accepted with a valid US delivery address.
Returns Policy
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. However, we stand behind every product we ship.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or compromised, contact us at shop@napspeptides.site within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in original sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, minus original shipping cost. Contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive something different from what you ordered, message us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and dispatch the correct product at no cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All packages ship with delivery confirmation. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, check with neighbors and building management first. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim.
