Our approach to refunds, replacements, and store credit.
Our Commitment
NAPS Peptides stands behind every product we ship. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
When You Get a Full Refund
- Product arrives damaged or contaminated (report within 7 days of delivery)
- Wrong product shipped compared to your order
- Order does not arrive within 21 business days of dispatch and cannot be located
- Product fails a purity check performed by an independent third-party lab (bring us the COA and we investigate)
Store Credit Available For
- Unopened products in original sealed condition, returned within 14 days of delivery (minus original shipping)
- Cancellations made after dispatch but before delivery (refused at delivery)
Non-Refundable
- Opened, punctured, or reconstituted vials
- Products stored improperly (contact us if unsure)
- Returned products without prior RMA authorization
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery without prior arrangement
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
How to Request a Refund
- Email shop@napspeptides.site within 7 days of delivery for damage claims, or within 14 days for unopened returns
- Include your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue
- For damage claims, include photos of the product and packaging
- We'll respond within one business day with an RMA number and next steps
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 24 hours to your provided wallet address.
