Product Quality
What purity level do you guarantee?
Every product sold by NAPS Peptides is tested to a minimum of 99% purity using reverse-phase HPLC. Batches below this threshold are rejected and never released.
How are your products tested?
Our standard protocol includes reverse-phase HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for structural identity, and endotoxin screening where applicable. Testing is performed by independent third-party laboratories.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch has a specific COA available on request. Email shop@napspeptides.site with your product name and order number.
Where are your products manufactured?
We work with 13 verified brands. Each brand's manufacturing origin is listed on the individual product page.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank transfer, Zelle, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Just email shop@napspeptides.site for bulk pricing and swift shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until dispatch (typically 2:00 PM EST on the order date). Once tracking is generated, the order cannot be cancelled but can be refused on delivery.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Standard shipments don't require a signature. Orders over $300 include signature confirmation for security. You can also request signature confirmation at checkout for $5.
Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Delivery is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within the continental United States.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Plain, unbranded packaging with a generic return address. Nothing external indicates the contents.
What if my package is lost?
Every package has tracking. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, wait 3 business days and check with neighbors. If still missing, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim.
Storage & Handling
How should I store peptides before reconstitution?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at minus 20 degrees Celsius (standard freezer). Most compounds remain stable for 12 to 24 months when stored properly.
How long are reconstituted peptides stable?
Most reconstituted peptides remain stable at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius (refrigerator) for 14 to 30 days. Refer to the product page or contact us for compound-specific stability.
What should I reconstitute with?
Bacteriostatic water is the standard reconstitution solvent for most research peptides. We stock it in our Supplements category.

Are these products legal to purchase?
All products are legal to purchase in the United States for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, medical use, food additive use, or cosmetic use. By purchasing, you affirm you are aged 21 or over.
Do you sell to individuals under 21?
No. All customers must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse orders at our discretion.
What is Research Use Only?
Research Use Only (RUO) means the product is intended solely for scientific research, laboratory studies, and analytical reference. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumer purposes.
